Big Dawg Sure does!! It was the day Art Modell announced the Browns
were moving!
Dec 17, 1995 was the last Game in Cleveland vs the Bengals (Browns won it,
26-10).
The News got better since then! The Browns were restored to return
to NFL Football!!
NFL leadership cut a Deal to Keep the Browns in Cleveland! Under Al Lerner,
a new stadium was completed, and the team put in place to start the 1999-2000
season at home against Pittsburgh, on Sept 13, 1999!
