Japanese Diplomat Signing the Surrender

This is the "Official" authorization for the Surrender from Japan's
Imperial Government, that "Made it Happen".  It was perhaps a
sign of Hirohito's pride and obstinence that the Hiroshima and
Tokyo bombings were "not enough" to force Japan to surrender!

It was after Nagasaki was bombed that Japan called it quits!
