At an undisclosed Master Banjo builder, a new neck being made to replace
the original neck that developed a "reverse bow"-unrepairable. After the
neck is made, This banjo will get an "engineered" rim and a very good tone ring!
Wish it luck!  I cannot afford an original 1930's flathead Mastertone!!
Those 'have the tone' that Earl had for 60 years, but they are so scarce and in
so much demand, these banjos cost more than most Ferarri's!
Saw an original '34 Flathead Gibson Granada that cost $300,000!
