There is Biblical significance for the use of the Organ!

Regarding original "precedence":

The first reference within the Bible for the Organ is found at Genesis 4:21:
"...Jubal, the father of all such as handle the harp and Organ".
This reference makes it apparent the approximate time that harps and Organs were invented!
Review the record regarding the Geneaological line leading to Jubal in the book of Genesis.:
ADAM (First Man!);  Enoch;  Irad;  Mehujael;  Methusael;  Lamech;  and Jubal. 
Based on this line, Jubal is in the 7th generation of Mankind in the entire history of Mankind! 
Thus, one can determine the approximate time that the invention of the organ must have occurred -
during the 7th or 8th Generation of Mankind's lineage!

The Organ is used for the Glorification and Praise of God, in the Bible!
Psalm 150: 4:
"...Praise Him with stringed instruments and Organs."

The Organ is also used for comforting the bereaved during Funeral Services!
Job 30:31:
"May harp is turned to mourning, and my organ into the voice of them that weep."
